Overview of Easy Marking

Marker Marking is the process of placing pattern pieces into a marker which represents the fabric from which it is to be cut. The task is to place the pieces in a way that makes the best utilization of the material to be used. Depending upon the limits set up in the Marker Order, pieces can be flipped, rotated, or overlapped during marker making.

When you first access the Easy Making software, the main ribbon menu displays. This menu allows you to choose functions to retrieve a marker from either the default storage area or to choose a different storage area. Once a marker is retrieved, the marking window displays on the screen along with all of its elements. This is where all of the work that is necessary to create a marker is done.
