Introduction    

One of the primary functions of Gerber YuniquePLM™ is to create organized folders for new product data, otherwise known as a Style Folder. Styles could be any product category planned and developed for a retail or wholesale chain. A Style Folder contains detailed information or workflows related to the product being developed. For example, the Style Folder could contain all information related to constructing, measuring, and even shipment packaging for the product.

The system uses a library of standards that allow text descriptions and images. These records can be added to the Style Folder. This guide shows how to add the existing records in the control panel library or unique or “ad hoc” records specific to an individual style.

 

Prerequisite: The construction detail page is usually setup with a Style workflow. If not, admin users must create a construction detail workflow template within the Control Panel – Templates: Construction Details area.
