Plot Altered

This function allows for plotting pieces that have alterations applied to them. Alterations are special adjustments made to pieces based on point numbers.

1. From the File menu, select Plot Altered.

2. Select the piece or pieces to plot. When finished, select OK.

3. The Alteration Setup dialog box appears. Select from the following options:

• Alteration Library – defines the Alteration table to be used. Select from the drop-down list.

• Size Code – defines the Size Code table to be used. If desired, select from the drop-down list. This field does not have to be filled in.

Type -

• Preference – controls how the altered piece should be plotted. If Cumulative is selected, all requested alterations will plot and display blended on the piece. If Nested is selected, each requested alteration will plot and display separately.

• Alteration Rule – determines which alteration rules should be used on the plotted piece. A lookup is available.

• Amount – the measurement to be used in the alteration. This value is typed in.

4. When finished, select OK.

5. The Plot Altered dialog appears. Select the size or sizes to plot, then click OK.
